If your first garment doesn’t meet your fit expectations, we will remake it with the necessary adjustments at no additional cost. Our team will also assist in refining your measurements and updating your profile to ensure a perfect fit for future orders.

You don’t need to return the garment! You may keep it or donate it to charity if it no longer meets your needs.

To begin the remake process, simply contact our customer service team at contact@atanyforall.com. If you’re in the area, you can also visit our NOHO location, where our team will assist you in person and take the necessary measurements for adjustments.

This offer applies exclusively to your first purchase of any like-model product. To qualify, customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving their order.

For first time customers who have purchased multiple items or are part of a replenishment program:

• Only one garment will be processed until the fit is approved in writing or until the 30-day period expires without a request for alterations. After this, the remaining items from the order will be released.

• ATANY reserves the right to discontinue the remake offer for customers who are found to be abusing this flexible policy.
